The season is finally here and with it comes the perfect chance to hit the slopes or do your own yoga.
Here’s how to stay warm during the winter.1.
Get your socks wet.
This is the first step.
This includes getting your socks dry.
I’ve found that wet socks are better than dry ones, but if you have to go to the gym you can always keep them dry.2.
Use your feet.
For me, this is an easy way to keep my feet warm.
I wear them under my shorts and while I’m walking around in my socks.
They don’t make much of a difference to the feel of my feet, but they help to keep them from getting cold and I find they feel more natural while walking.3.
Go on a long run.
I love running, and I’m happy to say I’ve taken my long runs for granted.
If you’ve been wanting to take your running to the next level, then this is a great time to get started.
Run your first marathon, go to a local gym or run a marathon in your hometown.4.
Go for a walk.
As I’ve mentioned before, I love walking.
I also love yoga, but my favourite time of year is during the spring when I get to explore my garden and discover new plants.5.
Do some yoga.
While I’m not a big fan of yoga classes, I’ve had a few good ones over the years.
I like to use a weighted vest and use it to stretch my calves and core.
This can help keep my knees and feet warm during winter.6.
Go out for a nice, warm evening jog.
I do a lot of running in the summer, but I do it with my husband and he loves it.
I take him to the beach, and as long as there is no wind, I can run a mile and a half in under 15 minutes.
If it’s cold outside, then it’s fine.
I’m really happy with how well I feel.7.
Go to a spa.
There are many types of spa and while it may not be your typical spa, I like the ones that allow me to get away from the crowds.
There is something relaxing about being able to relax and get away to someplace warm and peaceful.8.
Run in the cold.
There’s something to be said for getting up at 4am and running down the street to work.
However, if you’ve got your feet wet, you should also try running in cold weather.
If the weather is not cold enough, you can just walk around for an hour or so.9.
Tennis is a perfect time to take a break from the heat and have a good time with a partner.
I know many of you out there love tennis, but it can be difficult to keep warm during a tournament.
I think a good idea is to have a cup of tea while you’re playing and to put on your warm, dry socks afterwards.10.
I often go hiking when I’m on the hunt for a great hiking destination.
This helps keep my hands warm while I hike and it’s a great way to warm up in the hot summer.11.
Go mountain biking.
Mountain biking is great for your feet, so I like using my feet to keep me warm while biking.
If I have to get out of the house for a few hours, I take my boots off and sit on my back and let my feet soak up the fresh snow and rain.
I usually finish the ride with a good cup of coffee and a glass of wine.
