I used to love running.

I’d always love to run.

I love going to the gym and running.

But, as I got older, my love of running started to wane and it was time to get back to basics.

I didn’t want to take the risks and take on the responsibilities of running that came with it.

So, in February 2016, I left the gym for a year and started training for a 5K.

And I didn´t expect to make it.

But in the year since, I have become a lot more active.

I run every week and I’m not just running for myself, I´m running for my wife and my daughter, who love to race.

And they are just as excited about running as I am.

So this is a year where we really started to build up a fitness routine, a routine that allowed me to start getting out and running again.

And the key thing to remember is that the key to a healthy lifestyle is to get enough sleep.

When you have too much sleep, you start to lose the energy and focus that makes you feel great.

So getting the right amount of sleep, the right quality of sleep and the right diet and exercise habits can really make a big difference to your health.
