Police were called to a home in the suburb of Wodonga on Tuesday afternoon.
The 33-year-old was arrested on Friday after a man filmed her using his mobile phone and sending it to his sister’s house.
“The woman was seen on a mobile phone acting inappropriately towards another female colleague at the time,” Wodongan police said in a statement.
“She was arrested at the scene and interviewed.”
Police said she will appear in court on Monday.
The woman, who did not want to be named, told the ABC she had worked for the fitness company for two years.
“I started in the fitness industry at the age of 14.
I have worked in the gym for two and a half years and then I moved onto my own business,” she said.”
And I am now a fitness trainer, so I’m happy to be here, as I’m really happy with where I am.”
A police spokesman said a third woman had also been arrested and would appear in the court later on Monday, but she was not being named because of the woman’s age.
“We believe this is a domestic incident,” the spokesman said.
