It’s a tough, challenging, and potentially dangerous job.
You’re going to sweat, you’re going be sick, you might get knocked out, and your body will start to break down.
But you can still make it through.
But it can also be a stressful, and even dangerous, job.
Fitness model and fitness entrepreneur Lina Khan says it’s important for fitness models to understand the risks and benefits of being a fitness trainer.
“It’s definitely a stressful job.
I’ve been working in the fitness industry for almost 10 years now and I’ve never seen anything like this before,” Khan told Business Insider.
“We have to work as a team to make sure the models are comfortable and feel safe.
There are risks in all aspects of the job.
There is a lot of physical training and it’s all about working to make it as safe as possible.”
A common misconception about being a model is that models have to be fit to work.
But that’s not the case.
Khan says she’s seen models perform better in the gym, but she’s also seen them struggle with fitness issues.
“The best part is they can make their own choices about their fitness,” she said.
“I think it’s really important for them to be aware of the risks they are taking, as well as the rewards they can get out of it.”
Being a fitness instructor has a lot to do with your attitude and how you perceive yourself.
Khan said if you’re confident in yourself, you will be more comfortable in working with models.
“I think most models don’t think they’re the best model, they think they have it figured out,” she added.
“But if they see the positive side of it and they see their models doing something good, then they’ll want to come back and work with them again.”
