10 rounds of exercise are a sure-fire way to boost your fitness

Fitness trainer, Jason Kress, believes that any activity that makes you feel good, can boost your overall fitness.

Jason Kression, who has a PhD in exercise physiology, has been teaching people how to train their bodies and their mind for over a decade.

Jason says that a good workout can also improve your mood, which can in turn improve your health.

“A good workout is going to help you sleep better, you feel better, and if you get your blood sugar down, you can feel more energetic and be more alert,” he said.

“We’ve known for a long time that exercise can boost physical health, but there’s still a lot we don’t know about exercise itself.”

Dr Kress says that it’s vital to understand what exercises do and don’t do, because people who are overweight or obese have a lower risk of developing chronic diseases.

“One thing we can do, and one thing we know is that if you do the right exercise, you are going to be doing the right things with your blood and your heart, and your overall health,” he explained.

“There are a number of exercises that can be done that will help you to be healthier.”

To do a good round of fitness, Jason recommends performing 10 rounds per week, with 10 rounds for each arm and 20 rounds for the legs.

“The body needs to get used to the new activity and it’s also important to have good circulation in your legs, because the heart is also important,” he added.

To do the exercise, Jason and his students perform 10 rounds on a stationary bike for 10 minutes each time.

“You’re just starting to get the hang of this,” he told 7.30.

“It’s not too hard, but it’s a lot of work.”

Jason says that exercise is also a good way to keep your blood pressure down, which is another key factor in your health and wellbeing.

“If you have low blood pressure, your heart rate will be higher, your body temperature will be lower, and you may have a little bit of a stroke, so it’s important that you get enough exercise to keep that low pressure,” he suggested.

Dr Kression says that if someone who is overweight or has a history of heart disease has a low blood-pressure, they can be particularly susceptible to stroke.

“That can make them really susceptible to heart attacks,” he explains.

“In a lot if cases, they might even develop dementia, which could make it very difficult for them to get good quality care.”

The best way to improve your fitness, according to Dr Kress is to perform moderate to vigorous physical activity.

“As long as you’re not working too hard or too often, you should be doing moderate to strenuous exercise,” he stressed.

“To really build muscle, you have to do a lot more exercise, because it’s not about getting your muscles in shape.”
